Thank you for expressing interest in volunteering for this year's DenAI Summit. The nation’s first city-led AI conference returns for its second year—exploring how cities of the future can be powered by AI for good. CTA is partnering with the City and County of Denver, and other key partners, to bring this major city-led convening of the AI community to life. Join us for an energizing opening event, visionary keynotes, and thought-provoking programming focused on building a responsible AI future. Mark your calendars for September 29-30, 2025, at the Denver Art Museum - Sturm Grand Pavilion, and be part of this event!
Because of the level of interest in volunteering, we are accepting applications to volunteer at the event and we will notify you by September 15th if you are selected as a volunteer for this event.
*Volunteer spots are open to CTA members & non-members
*All volunteer spots are non-transferable*
Below is more information on each committee:
Day-Of Event Needs:
1) Set-Up & Sponsor Support: Volunteers will assist with set-up of registration and help sponsors set up their booths in the expo hall on 9/29.
2) Registration: Volunteers will assist with checking in attendees, speakers and sponsors as they arrive.
3) Floaters: Floaters will assist the CTA & DenAI Team and help wherever needed throughout the event day.
4) Tear Down: Volunteers will assist with clean up post-event on 9/30.
