30th Anniversary Volunteer Registration

Thank you for expressing interest in volunteering for CTA's 30th Anniversary Celebration on December 5th, at the Cable Center in Denver, Colorado. We are excited to have your support!

Please confirm your volunteer interest by submitting a registration by clicking the 'register' button. Because of the level of interest in volunteering for our 30th Anniversary, we are currently only accepting member registrations. We will contact you by November 22nd with details about your volunteer role.

*All volunteer spots will be open to CTA members only & are non-transferrable.* 
*If you are a non-member that wants to volunteer, please reach out to Cori D'Onofrio to be added to the waitlist if a spot opens up.*
*As a volunteer, you are expected to volunteer for the duration of the event.*

If you are selected, we will send out options for volunteer trainings. You will then receive your complimentary registration for the 30th Anniversary!

Volunteer Group Options Include:

Day-Of Set Up: Volunteers must arrive on 12/5 by 2pm and help with set up until 5pm. You will help us with creating centerpieces, setting registration, placing photos and ensuring we are all set for the event! Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Make sure to bring cocktail attire for when the event begins.

Registration: Volunteers will assist checking in attendees the evening of the event.

Floaters: Floaters will assist the CTA Team and help wherever needed throughout the event. Also provide support by monitoring stations we have set up.

Tear Down: Volunteers will assist cleaning up throughout the event and post-event. Begin around 7pm, and wrap closer to 9pm.
