Thank you for your interest in volunteering for this year's WIT Conference on September 9th, at the Seawell Ballroom @ DCPA in Denver, CO. We are excited to have your support!
Please confirm your volunteer interest by submitting an application with the 'register' button. Because of the level of interest in volunteering for our WIT Conference, we are accepting applications to volunteer at the event and we will notify you by August 14th if you are selected as a volunteer for this event.
*All volunteer spots will be open to CTA members only & are non-transferrable.*
*If you are a non-member that wants to volunteer, please reach out to Michelle Schrader to be added to the waitlist if a spot opens up*
If you are selected, we will send out invitations for volunteer training calls.
Volunteer Options Include:
Day-Before Set Up (9/8): Volunteers must arrive to the venue on 9/8 by 9am and help with set up until 4pm. CTA will provide lunch and beverages throughout the day. During the day, you will help us with creating centerpieces, setting up registration, stuffing bags and ensuring we are all set for the event! Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
Attendee Concierge (9/9): Concierge volunteers will serve as a point of support for attendees navigating the event & answer any questions.
Registration (9/9): Volunteers will assist with checking in attendees the morning of the event.
Floaters (9/9): Floaters will assist the CTA Team and help wherever needed throughout the event day.
Tear Down (9/9): Volunteers will assist with cleaning up throughout the event and post-event.
