2026 DenAI Summit Volunteer Application

Description

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for this year's DenAI Summit. The nation’s first city-led AI conference returns for its third year—exploring how cities of the future can be powered by AI for good. CTA is partnering with the City and County of Denver, and other key partners, to bring this major city-led convening of the AI community to life. Join us for an energizing opening event, visionary keynotes, and thought-provoking programming focused on building a responsible AI future. Mark your calendars for November 10, 2026, at Mile High Station, and be part of this event! 

Because of the level of interest in volunteering, we are accepting applications to volunteer at the event and we will notify you by October 23rd if you are selected as a volunteer for this event.

*Volunteer spots are open to CTA members & non-members
*All volunteer spots are non-transferable*

Below is more information on each volunteer role. Please note, timing is subject to change. 

Volunteer Needs: 

1. Set-Up & Sponsor Support | November 9th | 10:00am - 4:00pm
   Assist with set-up of registration and help sponsors set up their booths in the expo hall. 
   
   
2. Registration | November 10th | 7:00am - 1:00pm
   Assist with checking in attendees, speakers and sponsors as they arrive.
   
   
3. Morning Floaters |  November 10th | 7:00am - 12:30pm
   Assist the CTA & DenAI Team and help wherever needed in the morning. 
   
   
4. Afternoon Floaters & Tear Down Support | November 10th | 12:00pm - 6:00pm 
   Assist CTA & DenAI Team with any help needed and help with event clean up
