Launched by our Women in Tech CO Council, our Womenar series are bi-monthly webinars that aim to identify and understand the issues facing women in technology and leadership positions. We invite both men and women to engage in these bi-monthly programs.
Here’s something that will shock no one: navigating life in 2025 isn't easy.
The world feels largely unstable, societal expectations and personal pressures are ever-present, and there is never enough time in the day to juggle it all. As a result, women wind up getting stretched too thin. They strive to be highly productive and creative, but they don't invest the necessary time and resources into themselves to achieve high levels of sustained performance. This misalignment is one of the main reason’s productivity drops and people burn out.
The secret to unlocking higher levels of creativity, happiness and performance is through a regular (which today is also radical) self-care practice that focuses on physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
In this session, Kalia Garrido will address some radical self-care concepts and practices that can be incorporated into everyone’s daily routine. These practices will help women fight stress and become not just better at their day-to-day work, but happier and healthier people overall. Join us for some important information around what it means to be in a positive relationship with oneself.
Key takeaways include insight on the Five Core Pillars of Whole Life Self-Care:
