Thank you for expressing interest in volunteering for this year's Women in Technology Conference on September 12th, at the Spruce Mountain Ranch in Larkspur, Colorado. We are excited to have your support! Our Women in Tech Conference is hosted exclusively for female-identifying & nonbinary individuals.
Please confirm your volunteer interest by submitting an application with the 'register' button. Because of the level of interest in volunteering for our Women in Tech Conference, we are accepting applications to volunteer at the event and we will notify you by August 12th if you are selected as a volunteer for this event.*All volunteer spots will be open to CTA members only & are non-transferrable.* *If you are a non-member that wants to volunteer, please reach out to Cori D'Onofrio to be added to the waitlist if a spot opens up*
If you are selected, we will send out options for volunteer training calls. You will then receive your complimentary registration for the WIT Conference!
Volunteer Group Options Include:
Day-Before Set Up: Volunteers must arrive to the ranch on 9/11 by 9am and help with set up until 4pm. CTA will provide lunch and beverages throughout the day. During the day, you will help us with creating centerpieces, setting registration, stuffing bags and ensuring we are all set for the event! Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
Registration: Volunteers will assist checking in attendees the morning of the event.
Attendee Concierge: Concierge volunteers will serve as a point of support for attendees navigating the event & answer any questions.
Floaters: Floaters will assist the CTA Team and help wherever needed throughout the event day.
Tear Down: Volunteers will assist cleaning up throughout the event and post-event.

Parking: There is a main lot outside of the Lodge - there will also be overflow lots nearby with shuttles available to take you to the main event space. There will be signage and staff directing you when you arrive.
Attire: Fall casual with comfortable shoes
