Join Colorado Technology Association (CTA), the Colorado Chamber of Commerce, and TechNet for a special Tech Affairs Briefing, where we’ll dive into the latest developments in Senate Bill 24-205, Consumer Protections for Artificial Intelligence. This bill presents significant challenges for Colorado’s tech industry, introducing regulations that could stifle innovation and increase compliance burdens.CTA, alongside our partners at the Colorado Chamber of Commerce and TechNet, has been actively working with the State AI Impact Taskforce, Senator Robert Rodriguez, the Governor’s office, the Attorney General's office, and other key partners to push for necessary improvements.During this session, Mark Champoux (Partner at Davis Graham and AI Legislation/Regulation Advisor to CTA) will provide a comprehensive update on the progress made so far, key changes under consideration, and what to expect as the bill moves forward. Don't miss this opportunity to stay informed, ask questions and see what's next for AI policy in Colorado.
