Launched by our Women in Tech CO Council, our Womenar series are bi-monthly webinars that aim to identify and understand the issues facing women in technology and leadership positions. We invite both men and women to engage in these bi-monthly programs.

In the busy world we live in, it's easy to push our own needs to the bottom of the list. But the truth is: your well-being, clarity, and growth aren't indulgences—they're strategic advantages. 

In this workshop, we'll explore how prioritizing yourself is one of the smartest leadership moves you can make. You'll learn how showing up for yourself sets the tone for how you lead others and why self-awareness is your most underutilized superpower.

Kelly Stevens is a certified coach and the founder of Align Society, a coaching community that empowers ambitious women leaders to gain clarity, elevate their leadership, and build meaningful connections through coaching, mentorship, and curated events.

Previously, Kelly co-founded KIN, a vibrant community dedicated to personal development, which has supported hundreds of professional women in Denver and beyond. Her commitment to community runs deep, as reflected in her experience serving in leadership roles at the Colorado Technology Association, the Colorado Governor’s Office of Economic Development & International Trade, and the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce.
