Dorothy Auth Ph.D., Partner, Davis Graham
Dr. Dorothy Auth is a partner at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP with over three decades of experience, Dr. Auth has deep expertise in navigating complex patent litigation as well as providing intellectual property licensing, patent procurement, and counseling services both domestically and internationally. Her practice covers a broad range of industries, including biotechnology, FinTech, medical devices, consumer products, computers, and other mechanical devices.
Dorothy works with clients to develop their intellectual property assets and legal strategies to maximize their protected field. Prior to joining Davis Graham, Dorothy was a partner and head of the Intellectual Property Group in the New York office of one of the oldest and most prominent financial law firms in the world. She has represented many leading financial institutions, corporations, and funds in litigation before the U.S. Federal Courts, the International Trade Commission, and international arbitrations under the AAA and WIPO rules. Dorothy has extensive international experience coordinating patent infringement trials, oppositions, and hearings between the U.S. and various European jurisdictions. She has been involved in trials seeking preliminary relief and cross-border injunctions. Recently, she won a rare FRCP 12(b)(6) dismissal in the Eastern District of Texas. Her expertise in these areas makes her a valuable asset to her clients.
Dorothy provides intellectual property counseling and services to a wide range of clients, including Credit Suisse, Torreya Partners, The Medicines Company (now Novartis), Pfizer, Medinol, Goldman Sachs, Anheuser Busch InBev, and the National Institutes of Health. Earlier in her career, Dorothy was a partner for a leading specialty intellectual property law firm.

Emily Friedberg, Chief Technology & Innovation Officer, Vantage Data Centers
Emily Friedberg serves as chief technology & innovation officer (CTIO) at Vantage Data Centers where she is responsible for development and engineering, technology and systems, cybersecurity, and sustainability. In this role, she leverages nearly 25 years of professional and technical experience to lead Vantage’s innovation strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives, driving forward-thinking initiatives that take advantage of emerging technologies to enhance products, services and operational efficiencies.
Prior to joining Vantage, Friedberg served as chief operating officer (COO) for SkySafe, a drone detection software as a service company, where she spearheaded its customer-centric approach to growth and operations. She also previously served as global vice president of channel and partnerships for Fastly, a leading cloud computing service provider, where she increased the efficiency of channel account managers by more than 200%. Earlier in her career, Friedberg spent time as a founding executive at Lagrange Systems (now WebScale), raising $8 million in Series A funding while developing and launching the company’s channel program.
Friedberg holds a bachelor’s degree in information systems and a Master of Science in telecommunications, both from the University of Colorado Boulder.
Justin Ging, Chief Product Officer, Atom Computing
Justin Ging is Chief Product Officer at Atom Computing, leading product management, commercialization, and customer experience for Atom Computing. He has more than 20 years of product management, product marketing, and sales experience. Before joining Atom Computing, Justin worked as Chief Commercial Officer at Honeywell Quantum Solutions, and previously led marketing teams at Samsung, Aptina Imaging, and Analog Devices, and held engineering roles at Bell Labs and Lockheed Martin. He holds multiple degrees from MIT including an MBA, bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electrical engineering and computer science, and a master’s degree in materials science.
Zaneta Kelsey, Co-Founder and CEO, Access Mode
Zaneta Kelsey is a business strategist who has worked with some of the world’s largest tech companies to bring new and unique solutions to the market. Leveraging her background in technology, marketing, and customer experience, she has customer success wins around the globe. Her customer-first approach provides critical insights that enable growth and fuel innovation.She is the co-founder and CEO of Access Mode, a business accelerator that cultivates founders of color along their entrepreneurial journey. She works closely with tech start-ups providing guidance and marketing support that empowers them to effectively build their brand strategy and customer experience from the ground floor.Zaneta is also the founder of Delightsum, a consultancy that offers strategic services for brand development, customer insights and market research, key messaging, content curation, and lead generation. Adeel Khan is the founder & CEO of MagicSchool AI, the leading generative AI platform for schools. Josh Lannin, VP of Accelerate AI, Workday
Josh Lannin leads Workday's Accelerate AI product organization, driving AI innovation to transform business for over 75 million global users. In October 2023, he testified before the United States Congress on AI and the future of work, outlining Workday's responsible approach to amplifying human potential through AI.
